If you are keeping an eye on my blog you might remember Babette when I photographed her as a little puppy dog with her two cat sisters in October 2010. This time Babette was a sole focus as the felines stayed at home.
Babette is all grown now, but she became even more stubborn. It was quite funny how she decided not to cooperate. In her defense I have to say that it was a hot day! We started out in the garden at a beautiful Point Grey Vancouver home and then moved into the beach at Spanish Banks.
I am very impressed by Babette’s mom who made her beautiful collar just a night before the shoot!
I have not seen Babette since last year and I could not believe how different she looks. Still gorgeous are ever and she is in such an amazing shape! You should have seen here running after the Football or a rope.
After all this running and jumping she needed a rest…
After that was the time to hit the beach and try to find some shade.. I think Babette still has a bit of a puppy look in some photos..
She is such a character! What a face!

I cannot believe how Babette can ignore the quad making so much noise coming up behind her, I love the weird look of it..
I am sure Babette slept well that night! Thank you for being a good sport, even when you really did not feel like it. Till next time.
