Dexter – Bulldog and Coonhound mix

Well I had to come back to Spanish Bank, this time the light was not that great. The sun was strong and not a cloud in the sky. Dexter is a mixed bulldog and coonhound, but who really knows. He was adopted few times and finally found his home with Cecilia. Dexter has a problem with his paw and some previous owners had a problem with that…well now his life is great!

The stick maybe bigger than me but...

It is kind of funny, because Dexter does not like to swim at all… I guess the right place makes all the difference.

I would have never guessed that there is something wrong with his leg..and you cannot see it on the photos either.

Dexter also showed off his running skills…

We had quite a challenge to get Dexter to rest or stop or sit for the photo. Too many things to check out and see, I tried my best to get some still shots, but  it does not always work and sometimes…

Cecilia is a really good mom, Dexter in addition to his paw problem also has a lot of food allergies and she is baking and cooking for him! as the matter of fact her dog jerky was so popular at the dog park that she has started her own business making the doggy treats for the other dogs in Vancouver. You can find these in some pet boutiques. I will find out the name and update this posting.

Royal City Rockets

[caption id="attachment_77" align="alignnone" width="800" caption="Dancing is a part of the training too"]tell me they do not put their heart into it...

I  live in New Westminster and we pride ourselves on being a home town of the Royal City Rockets. I got invited to one of their shows and snapped a few photos.
These guys were insane! So full of energy, I had to change the settings on my camera to get the clear shot..

These guys were insane, so quick so full of energy!
