Meet April 9 year old Jack Russell Terrier…

When you look at her eyes she is just trying to say  “I am the alpha female, I am the alpha female..”

I has been a while for me since I worked with Jack Russell, but I have not forgotten the fact that it is close to impossible to sit them down.. That is why there is no action photos on my blog today..I have chosen to show what is unexpected…

April likes to get in between mommy legs when unsure and she hates the sound and sight of motor bikes..she goes nuts when they pass by..

I hope everybody is enjoying the summer as much as I am! We have a lovely weather  in Vancouver, I just feel really bad about the forest fires in BC.

The SPCA is collecting blankets, towels and large crates to help evacuated animals. Please help if you can!

Those wishing to make a donation can do so by going online to spca.bc.ca or by calling 1-800-665-1868.

July 21, 2009 - 12:46 am Bev - There's a lot of soul in those eyes Angie and you captured it! If April is like so many other JRTs I know, she will live to be 18 or more! Great job!

July 21, 2009 - 9:17 am oneshotbeyond - I love stopping by here! :-)
